Affidavit for Refund of Deposits – Office of the Accountant of the Courts of Justice

This form is used to apply for the return of a deposit previously lodged with the Accountant of the Courts of Justice under the Auctioneers and House Agents Acts 1947 to 1973. It should be used by former auctioneers, house agents, or companies who maintained such a deposit in connection with an auctioneer’s or house agent’s licence and now wish to seek repayment of that deposit.
