Changing your arrangement
While your insolvency arrangement is in place, you and your PIP will review it annually.
If you can no longer afford your agreed repayments, your PIP can apply to the court to change your arrangement. Similarly, if your financial situation improves, the terms of your arrangement can be changed.
You will always have a say in any changes made to your arrangement.
Your PIP will need to submit an application to the relevant court to have your arrangement adjusted.
