Carlow Circuit Court - Special Sitting - 30 June 2026

CIRCUIT COURT - SOUTH EASTERN CIRCUIT

 I, Patricia Ryan, President of the Circuit Court, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by Section 10 of the Courts of Justice Act 1947, and having consulted the permanent Judge of the South Eastern Circuit, and by other powers conferred on me do hereby Order the following:

1.  That a special sitting of Carlow Circuit Court shall be held on Tuesday 30 June 2026 and shall continue for as long as it takes to deal with criminal and other business returned for Carlow.
2.  That this Order shall be published as soon as possible on www.courts.ie
