You can apply online for a Four Courts security access card and pay the application fee securely by card.
Application fee
The fee for a new security access card application is €50. This fee is non-refundable.
Before you apply
Before starting your application, make sure you have:
- the applicant’s full name
- a valid email address
- any relevant reference or application details
- a debit or credit card

After you apply
Once payment has been completed, you should receive confirmation of the transaction. The Access Card team will then review the application and may contact you if further information is required.
Payment does not automatically guarantee that a security access card will issue. Applications may still need to be reviewed and approved.
