Fees for probate applications
You will need to pay a fee to the Probate Office or the District Probate Registry for Probate Applications and all matters relating to probate.

| €500,001 - €750,000 | €1,000 |
| €750,001 - €1,000,000 | €1,300 |
| Over €1,000,000 | €1,300 (plus €800 for every €500,000 or part of over €1,000,000) |
For cases where a grant has already been issued (double, lapsed applications, unadministered or duplicate Grant of Representation (DBN) there will be a fee of €300.
Fees for copies of documents
You must submit an order form to the Probate Office along with the relevant fee to order copies of probate documents.
